What beautiful weather on Friday we had. I got 15 1/2" of snow! How about anyone else? Time to SKI!!

OK...so Susan's comment prompted me to check out her Google search and we found great stuff!

Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) has a spiffy movie all about the dangers of large frying devices. Check out their website or just the movie on their site or the movie on mechhog.com.

Susan also suggested the Navy's site. Apparently they are tired of their sailors burning down Naval buildings while trying to prepare a turkey as seen here.
